Paraprofessional, Education Assistant and Community Educator, Certificate of Completion

The paraeducator, education assistant, and community educator certificate is a four-course, 12-credit certificate for non-licensed educators who plan to work with youth or adults in various settings in and outside the classroom—for example, coaching, after-school and outdoor programs and with target populations. The certificate provides foundational knowledge and skills to advance in an educational setting. It is a great place to start your journey toward teacher certification and/or develop your career as a community educator.
