XSB 9287 Supervision and HR Management

This course covers recruiting and selecting employees, including job analysis, advertisements, screening applications, interviewing, and checking references. Explains orientations, setting performance standards, and integrating employees into the work team. Includes an overview of motivational theory, teamwork concepts, and skills to coaching for improved performance, appraisals, and disciplinary actions. This class is designed to prepare participants for success on the CP or SCP exams and gain a comprehensive review of the entire body of HR knowledge, using the SHRM Learning System.
