XSB 9269 Real Estate Broker

This Accelerated course meets the Oregon Real Estate Agency pre-licensing criteria. Participants will learn or update skills in real estate law, property management requirements, financial concepts in real estate amongst other topics.

Course Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will have completed all 7 standards and understand and/or be: 1. what it means to be compliant with all requirements of real estate license law under ORS chapter 696 and OAR 2. be knowledgeable of agency law and affirmative duties owed under ORS 696.800-696.880 3. contracts 4. what it means to be compliant with all property management requirements under ORS 696 and OAR 863 while engaging in the management of rental real estate 5. competent in the area of real estate law, including general law and Oregon-specific law 6. and have knowledge of finance concepts and formulas commonly used in conducting real estate activity 7. competent in the knowledge and skill required to work for a real estate brokerage
