XPE 0850W Physical Fitness-Wellness

With a focus on functional fitness and non-competitive physical exercise, this course is designed to improve overall physical fitness which may include increasing muscle tone, flexibility, mobility, balance, cardiovascular strength, mental focus techniques, breath control, core body strength, or improving posture and alignment. Students may also learn improved dietary information and health living patterns. Does not include Martial Arts.
