XPM 9766 Elements of Project Management

Project Management team members work collectively to plan, organize, and complete assigned projects. Courses provide industry-specific terminology, project leadership and stakeholder management, quality and control methods, project procurement and requirements, project risk management and mitigation, project cost management, among others.

Course Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
1. Understand the role of traffic controller at a construction site
2. Know and demonstrate the laws and expectations of traffic control
3. Know the safety issues and measures utilized on a construction site for traffic control
4. Be able to set up equipment in various scenarios to adhere to ODOT rules regulating traffic control
5. Successfully complete the state assessment to show understanding of the role and its expectations
