MGMT 388 Project Management 1

This course is an introduction to the principles of project management and the role of the project manager. The course introduces the phases of the project life cycle and focuses on project planning, project teams, and project leadership. Working in teams, students will identify and plan a potential project with emphasis on project planning documentation. This course is the first in a two course sequence.

Note: Online course requires a 1-hour weekly synchronous digital group meeting (meeting time set based on your time availability given in week 1).
